U.S. Warranty & Spare Parts Program

We process warranty inside the USA and maintain local spare-parts inventory to minimize downtime. Contractors file claims through our portal; upon approval, replacement parts (or units in rare cases) ship immediately from U.S. stock.

Supplier Spare-Parts Requirements

  • Provide an initial frequent-failure parts kit (compressors, PCBs, sensors, fan motors, valves, remotes).
  • Agree on min/max levels for U.S. warehouse replenishment.
  • Advance replacement authorization for critical parts.

Monthly Reconciliation

  • Report of warranty parts used vs non-warranty installs.
  • Serial numbers, cause codes, and technician notes included.
  • Credit/debit memo issued per agreement; inventory restock orders placed.

Field Workflow

  1. Customer reports issue → HVAC service provider triages on-site.
  2. Warranty claim submitted with serials, photos, error codes.
  3. Rex verifies and approves claim within SLA.
  4. Parts ship from U.S. stock; technician performs repair.
  5. Case closed; data feeds supplier quality dashboard.
