USA Mini Split Rex operates through a multi-channel distribution model designed to maximize brand reach, product availability, and service coverage across North America. Our goal is to empower contractors, service providers, and retailers to represent our products confidently and profitably.

1) Channel Selling (HVACSP Network)

We partner with HVAC Service Providers (HVACSPs)—professionals already serving homeowners and commercial clients. By offering Mini Split Rex systems, they gain access to competitively priced, UL- and AHRI-certified equipment with local U.S. warranty support.

2) Direct Service Division

We maintain an in-house installation and service division to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and to provide a benchmark standard for quality installation practices across our network.

3) Retail & DIY Sales

Our retail channel offers systems directly to end users and do-it-yourself customers via e-commerce platforms, enabling simplified setup and guidance through video tutorials and online chat support.

4) Big Box Partnerships

We are actively pursuing placement in major retailers—including Costco, Walmart, Menards, and Home Depot—similar to the Mr. Cool model. Each partnership will be backed by U.S.-based warranty, compliance documentation, and product training resources.

5) Dedicated Online Presence per Business Unit

Every business unit under our umbrella will have its own dedicated online presence, operating independently but under the shared Mini Split Rex brand. These sites will be interconnected for seamless supplier and customer engagement.
